Graduation, Masters and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering by the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). PhD had it’s application in health information systems, in a partnership between UTAD and the University of Aveiro (UA). Professor in higher education at various institutions over the years, he has been at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) since 2016. With several papers published internationally, has been member of the scientific committee and organizer of diverse international events. Research is one of the central aspects of their work.
